  • If you are an existing Yellow Pages advertiser, we ask that you contact us in order to verify the reasons your listing may not be searchable on YellowPages.ca.

    If you are not a Yellow Pages advertiser, you can either request your free consultation online, or call 1-877-553-6883 and one of our media representatives will be happy to assist you.

  • In order to add/update your business Categories or Headings, you will need to speak with your Media Account Consultant.

  • If you have a Business Landline, Yellow Pages publishes basic listing information (Business Name, Address, Phone Number) based on what we receive from your Telephone Service Provider. You will need to contact your Phone Provider in order to update your listing information.

    Once we receive a Service Order from your Telephone Service Provider within your home directory's closing date, your listing for future publications, as well as online will be updated. For all other Phone Types, we ask that you contact Client Services by calling 1-877-909-YELO (9356).

  • The map on your merchant page is displayed based on your published business address, and is validated through Canada Post. Your business address must be published in full in order to display a map with an accurate location.

    If your business address is published correctly and your map is still not appearing, contact Customer Service by phone at 1-877-909-YELO (9356).

  • It may take 5 to 10 business days before your listing appears online. If your request was over 10 days ago, we may be missing some information about your company, which prevents us from publishing your listing online. Please call 1-844-875-4290 to verify the status of your request.

  • The customer Delivery program offers the choice of how you can receive your directory.

    If you wish to purchase a book outside of your market or after delivery in your area, delivery fees may apply, please have your credit card ready.
