Ask Our Expert: Why Is a Business' Online Reputation Important?

When looking for a new service provider, how do Canadians make their choice?

Whether it’s finding an emergency plumber or choosing a new hairstylist, one thing stands out: reputation. A business with accurate information, authentic testimonials, and a high-star rating on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Yelp is far more likely to win customers than competitors with poor or no reviews.

But with so many platforms available, how can you effectively manage your online reputation?
